Professional training programs
At the Halal Correct Certification Group, we are committed to supporting the continuous development of knowledge and skills in halal certification, compliance requirements, applicable standards and best practices.
Our professional training programs are designed for individuals, professionals and organizations seeking to improve their understanding of halal requirements and strengthen their technical and professional capabilities.
These training activities are dedicated exclusively to knowledge transfer, awareness and skills development. They do not include consulting services. All training activities are conducted independently of certification activities, in accordance with our impartiality and risk-management principles.
Our audit team
Experts trained every year
Our organization’s team consists of experts in their respective fields. We pay close attention to recruitment: team members are selected based on their competence and experience in accordance with clause 7 of GSO 2055-2:2021. Most have a background in food technology and food microbiology.
To continuously improve and update their skills and knowledge, our qualified auditors participate each year in international halal-food training. This includes programs organized by EIAC relating to UAE.S 2055-1, UAE.S 933, GSO 2055-1, GSO 993 and OIC/SMIIC 1, as well as animal welfare.
Our lead auditors continuously help develop and train other auditors across different scopes of application. This ensures that auditors with the appropriate knowledge can work across a wider range of assignments. All auditors are trained in the ISO 19011 requirements for auditing and audit techniques.
